These Terms of Service govern your use of the rental website at opsnexusx.com, including booking and any contact/lead requests.
For online consumer transactions in Ukraine, we provide pre-contract information in accordance with the requirements of Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.
1. Booking, contact, and communication
- Availability and pricing. Rental availability, rates, and applicable conditions are shown on the listing/booking pages at the time of booking.
- Contact/lead requests. If the website offers a contact form, submitting it will redirect you to a thank-you page. No optional validation or custom success flow is provided.
- Business identification. When required for distance/online consumer transactions, we present business identification and contract-related information in a clear, understandable manner.
2. User responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when booking and contact us.
- You agree not to misuse the website (including attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without permission).
- You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable laws and any age or eligibility requirements that may be indicated on the booking pages.
3. Rental terms, deposits, and safety
- Deposit and damages. Where a deposit is required, its amount, conditions of return, and deductions (if any) are stated during booking. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions according to the rental conditions.
- Safety and proper use. You must use the rented items responsibly, follow instructions provided by the supplier and applicable safety requirements, and return items in the agreed condition and within the agreed timeframe.
- Non-compliance. If you violate safety or usage requirements, the supplier may refuse further use or take appropriate measures consistent with the rental conditions and applicable law.
4. Liability and limitations
- To the extent permitted by law, opsnexusx.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Ukrainian consumer-protection law, including remedies related to non-compliance with the information provided pre-contractually.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. Temporary service disruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
5. Personal data and cookies (Ukraine)
